Our Story in Hospitality

Plan Do See Malaysia is part of Plan Do See, a global hospitality company rooted in Japan. Since our beginnings in Kuala Lumpur, we have managed restaurants, hotels, and wedding venues with the objective of creating spaces and moments that stay with guests long after they leave.

THE ESSENCE OF OMOTENASHI

At the heart of everything we do is Omotenashi. A Japanese philosophy defined by selfless service, careful attention to detail, and anticipating needs before they are spoken.

In Malaysia, this approach comes to life in a unique way. We work with a local expression of Omotenashi, blending Japanese standards of care with Malaysian warmth and authenticity.

Local Strength and Global Experience

Plan Do See International has grown into a global hospitality company, managing hotels, restaurants, and wedding venues across Japan, Asia, and beyond.

In Malaysia, we carry this vision forward with a uniquely local approach. Our mission is not to replicate formulas,  but to elevate national standards by crafting spaces and experiences that Malaysians feel proud of and deeply connected to.

The People That Make It Happen

Our team consists of hospitality professionals from Malaysia and Japan who share the same vision: that outstanding service means putting people first. Together, we bring cultural insight, operational experience, and deep enthusiasm for creating special moments and experiences that guests will never forget.
